I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.C.) who provides counseling therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Formerly, an ordained minister, I also serve as a consultant to Chicago-area churches for family ministry development. It is my calling to be a resource and helper to ministers and others in need. As a clinical professional counselor, minister, former pastor to families with children, and founder of Heritage Counseling Center, Inc., I have provided therapeutic counseling to those suffering from a wide array of spiritual, emotional and psychological problems. I have counseled children, parents, students and other individuals, recruited and trained ministry volunteers and creatively expanded the effectiveness of ministry to families. I hold a B.S. in Pastoral Studies from North Central University (1984) and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University (1997). I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Myself and my wife Denise have recently become empty-nesters with our two sons, David and Alex currently attending college.
